DINING

Italian:

  • Vincenzo Little Italy (casual):  Located in North Cape May and established in1998, this family style restaurant serves a large variety of authentic Italian dishes. It is a BYOB.
  • Andrea Trattoria (semi formal): Located in downtown Cape May and established by Chef Andrea Covino from Naples and offers a farm to table experience. It is a BYOB.

American Fusion:

  • Tisha’s (formal): A fine dining restaurant located on Washington Street Mall serving American Italian fusion food since 1995 run by chef Paul Negro carrying and building on the traditions of his parents’ homestyle restaurant.
  • Salty Mermaid (semi formal): Located in North Wildwood this restaurant includes a bar and a seafood focused menu including a raw bar. It has a bright nautical theme to it, perfect for both a date night or a family dinner.
  • Grana (semi formal): Located in downtown Cape May and run by local chef Carl Messick. He brings together local and seasonal ingredients in his creations. It is a BYOB.

Seafood:

  • H&H Seafood (casual): Located in Cape May this restaurant provides dock side seating and fresh seafood. In addition there is also a fish market with fresh caught seafood from their very own boats. It is a BYOB.
  • The Crab House at Two Mile Landing  (casual): Located in Wildwood Crest with both restaurant and bar. The place is also known to have live music seven days a week during the summer season and enjoy the water views
  • Fish and Fancy (casual): Located right in Villas with outdoor seating, take out, and fish market. The market also includes preprepared seafood.
  • Lobster House (semi formal): This restaurant located on the harbour in Cape May consists of both take out and fine dining serving fresh seafood straight from the boats. Want a little more upscale? Try dining in the Schooner American, an authentic Grand Banks Sailing Vessel. 

Bar: 

  • Oceans 7 (formal): Located in the Inn of Cape May this bar and restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. They serve a large selection of cocktails, beer, and wines along with classic American dishes with a unique twist.
  • Harpoons on the Bay (casual): This bar and restaurant is located in North Cape May right along the Delaware Bay, perfect for watching sunsets. They also have live music at night and allow dogs in certain outdoor parts of the restaurant if you want to bring your pets with you.

Mexican:

  • Cazadores 2 (semi formal): Located right in Villas this quaint little restaurant offers authentic homestyle Mexican food and drinks. It has both indoor and outdoor seating.
  • Taqueria Casa Mia (casual): Located walking distance from the rental, this restaurant makes amazing tacos. They have fast service so it’s the perfect place for a quick bite.

Diner:

  • George’s Place (semi formal): Located in Cape May Court House this restaurant has been serving daily specials and Greek-inspired dishes. It is a BYOB.
  • Castaways (casual): Located in Villas this restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They serve a wide variety of classic breakfast dishes for breakfast and pub-style appetizers, salads and entrees for lunch and dinner.

Waterfront Grill:

  • Fish House (semi formal): Located in Cape May this restaurant is set overlooking the famous Sunset Boulevard. It’s the perfect place to enjoy fresh seafood and a drink while watching the sunset. 
  • Lucky Bones Backwater Grille (semi formal): Located in Cape May this restaurant has been serving up comfort food in a restaurant atmosphere inspired by local whaling lore and horseshoe crabs. They also serve craft beers from all over South Jersey. 

Pizza:

  • Roman’s Pizza (casual): Located in North Cape May this restaurant serves up classic brick oven pizzas known for their crusts along with other Italian staples. 
    • Rino’s Pizza (casual) : Located right in Villas, this restaurant serves up classic red sauce, white sauce, and Sicilian pizzas along with strombolis and subs. 

    Deli:

    • Gaiss Market: Located Right in Villas it has groceries, kitchen and deli with the goal of providing high quality products that are made on site or sourced in the US.

      Take Out:

      • Topsail Steamer: With the pick up place being located in Wildwood, topsail steamer is a perfect way to try the local seafood. You order online a steamer pot with your choice of a seafood boil and the spices you want. You then bring it home and follow the instructions and you have perfect food for everyone to share.

      Dessert:

      • Flecks Ice Cream: Located right in Villas this ice cream parlor serves a big selection of unique sundaes, shakes, and other frozen drinks with a baseball theme. Be sure to ask for a puppy cup for your dogs.
